FROM THE PASTOR’S DESK, 14 JUNE 2026

When society starts running on lies told by cheaters, raising children, personal relationships and the markers of social norms erode and slowly become toxic.

There is a reason Jesus instructs us …

“Finally, brethren ( and sisters) whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever thingsare just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

-Philippians 4:8 (KJV)

When we stop thinking on good and true things toxicity grows and leaves in place an immoral sludge that makes life more difficult than it has to be.

Jesus came to clean up the sledge of immorality. Came to clear up the toxicity of failed and faise relationships.

Church is about relationships, not religion.

Whatever works against relationships is anathema to what GOD is doing with, for, in the Church.

We are either with GOD’S program, or, we are not. If we are not, GOD will remove us, so the work of His church continues.

At New Beginnings Christian Community, we have watched GOD remove people who were a danger to the mission of this branch of Zion. We didn’t have to do a thing. GOD did the removing, the detoxifying. We just needed to get out of GOD’S way.

As a pastor my job is to protect the sheep. By GOD’S grace, I will always protect the people entrusted to my care. First. Last. Always. You may not understand it. That’s alright . You don’t have to understand it. GOD makes sure I do. In the meantime, GOD is detoxifying the people and me. PRAISE GOD!
